Prequalifications are invited for Rehabilitation/Upgrading of Roads and Bridges

The Expression of Interest must be submitted in the following order.
(a) Covering letter duly signed by the company-s authorized signatory indicating the specific area(s) of specialization under the three (3) HEADINGS (Goods, Works, and Consulting Services) with Company profile.
(b) Certificate of Incorporation/registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC),
( c) Company-s Audited Accounts for the years (2018, 2019, and 2020)
(d) Evidence of financial/technical capability from a reputable bank capable and willing to provide credit line/Equipment as the case may be.
(e) Evidence of similar nature of the project with verifiable letter of contract award, within the Last two years from 2019.
(f) Evidence of technical partnership/joint venture when necessary.
( g) Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA contractor registration receipt.
NOTE:
(i) EIO/Pre-qualification submission must be in English only and clear about the area(s) of interest and competence of each categorization.
(ii) Interested applicants must note that the Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA reserves the right to verify claims made in the pre-qualification documents submitted by them at any level.
(iii) The pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a Commitment on the part of the Agbado Oke-Odo Local Council Development area to Award any contract.
(iv) The cost for this exercise will be the sole responsibility of the interested party (ies) to this invitation.

(vi) Payment of a Non Refundable fee of N10, 000.00 for bidding documents.
