Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation, upgrading and multi-year maintenance works of indicative feederroads in Nyagatare District, 55 k m (2 lots)

Document Collection Deposit Details: FRW 50, 000.00 (Non-refundable)

Closing Date: 26 September 2018 at 14:00 (Local Time)

Site Inspection: A site visit is planned for Wednesday 18th July 2018 at 10:00 local time; meeting point will be at Nyagatare District Head off ice and will be guided by representative of Nyagatare District and RTDA. Bidders are encouraged to attend the site visit. Subsequently, a Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled the same day following the site visit.

Restriction: Eligible Bidders may bid for one or all lots. Multiple Lots awarded to the same bidder will be awarded as one contract. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one lot will be allowed to do so and provide discounts in the Letter of Bid.

Delivery Point: Executive Secretary of Nyagatare District.
