Yarmouk Water Company invites interested bidders to bid for the contract No. YWC-FARA 5-3.3/2021 “Rehabilitation of Sal Water Networks-Irbid Governorate" 1- Eligible bidders shall be classified by the GTD as Grade (4) or above in the field of water and wastewater. The Bidder shall provide the latest certificate from the Jordanian Construction Contractors Association, a valid professional practice certificate, commerce chamber registration, and the company register, and the power of attorney. 2- Interested eligible bidders are invited to purchase the full set of the tender documents from YWC offices at Irbid- Baghdad street for the non-refundable fee of (250) two hundred and fifty Jordanian Dinars. During working hours (9:00 - 15:00) Sunday to Thursday. The document should be collected by an authorized representative. 3- Bidders shall comply with USAID code #937. 4- The deadline for the tender document purchasing is Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 15:30. 5- The deadline for submission of bids is Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 11:30. 6- Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders- representatives, who choose to attend, by the special tendering committee at Yarmouk Water Company offices. 7- Advertising fees, whatever they repeated, are paid by the winning bidder. 8- The bidder shall submit his financial offer in sealed envelope and shall be labelled with the name and number of the bid, the name of the tenderer, the phone number and the words Finacial offer. 9- The bidder shall attach a bank guarantee or a certified check within the sealed envelopein the amount and validity as stated below.. 10- The date for the site visit is scheduled on Thursday, March 11, 2021, gathering at the Technical Affairs offices - Hofa at (09:00am) nine o`clock in the morning.
