Tender are invited for rehabilitation of the raw water return structures at lez

object of the contract : rehabilitation of the raw water return structures at lez place of execution of work, delivery of supplies or provision of services: municipality of montpellier possibility to submit an offer for: one or more lots lot information: lot n1: jacques heart the main characteristics for lot 1: jacques coeur are: - the partial renewal of the steel pipes, byfiring from the dn300 main feeder and up to the work exit pipe, the replacement will preferably be carried out in stainless steel with insulating joints at the junctions on the canned steel, the refection of the paint coating of the canned steel pipes, in particular of those taken at the level of the crossings of walls, - the renewal of the dn200 jet-breaking valve of restitution. - the maintenance of the flow control valve dn150 with pilots, - the renewal2 isolating valves dn300, 2 isolating valves dn150 and 2 isolating valves dn100- restarting valves, tests and adjustments, - renewal of the vacuum pump-cellar, the fan of extraction of air and all lighting portholes, - creation of a new electrical control cabinet - control - automation and transfer of the measurement signals, its removal to the outside of the structure, under external niche in concrete, on a dedicated zone at a distance ofe 180 m approx. The electrical connection of this new cabinet has a new delivery point and enedis counter. The wired connections of all the organs of the buried chamber to feed by the future cabinet, within existing ducts. Paving slabs reinforced concrete by bituminous strips hot glue, - cleaning and evacuation of rubble accumulated at the bottom of the book.- rehabilitation of exteriors (slabs, decking wood, damaged sactives ...) lot n2: lavalette the main characteristics for batch 2: lavalette are: - the partial renewal of the steel pipes, starting from the main dn600 and up to the exit pipe, the replacement will be done in stainless steel with insulating joints at the level of the junctions on the conserved steel, the refection of the coating of paint of the preserved steel pipes, in particular those taken at the level of the travelswall openings, - the renewal of the dn400 air-jet shut-off valve.- the maintenance of the dn150 flow control valve with pilots, - the renewal of the dn600 and dn200 isolation valves, - the restarting of the valves, tests and adjustments, - the renewal of the vacuum cell pump, the exhaust air fan and all the lighting portholes, - the repair of the waterproofing of concrete roofing slabs reinforced by bituminous strips hot, - the control ofconformity of the existing electrical panel, - rehabilitation of the "dovecote" supply room - cleaning and evacuation of accumulated rubble at the bottom of the structure. Main features : the market concerns the rehabilitation of equipment and hydraulic elements in the valve chambers allowing the return of raw water for a support of etiage to the lez. The operation is divided into 2 lots: lot 1: jacques coeur lot 2: lavalette quantityor extended: the set of works defined in c.c.t.p. Will be remunerated by application of a lump sum overall price.
