Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Ophthalmology Operating Theatre, Pharmacy Store and Laundry for Bolikhamxay Provincial Hospital (Works) in the framework of Project LAO/027 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Lao P.D.R. and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

f) Description: The works consist on the rehabilitation of three existing buildings in Bolikhamxay provincial
Hospital, to become the new ophthalmology operating theatre, the new pharmacy store and the new laundry.
3. Eligibility and evaluation criteria
a) Origin: No restriction.
b) Eligibility: Companies satisfying the criteria included in the Statement of Good Standing and in the ethics
clauses of the General Regulations.
c) Award: The Contract will be awarded to the Tenderer that has submitted the lowest Tender evaluated as
compliant with the Administrative and Technical Criteria.
d) Variants: No variants will be considered.
4. Place and period of performance
a) Location of the Programme: Vientiane, Lao PDR
b) Place of performance of the Contract: Paksane District, Bolikhamxay Province, Lao PDR
c) Performance period: 6 months up to the Provisional Acceptance of the Works (excluding the warranty
period).
