Tender More Details : INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

The Rural Agricultural Development Authority (RADA) now invites sealed Bids from qualified Contractors to undertake the rehabilitation of farm roads in various parishes for this financial year and consist of two (2) packages.

Package 1: Doman Pasture, Burnt Hill and Green Vale to Dromily (Trelawny)
Package 2: Maxwell Lane, Maggotty Pass, Luana Lane (Pen) and Almond Tree to Nation (St. Elizabeth)

SCOPE OF WORK

The Contractor will be required to undertake the rehabilitation of road pavements inclusive of asphaltic double surface treatment, drainage improvement (culverts, kerb and channel) and some asphaltic concrete cross drains and surfacing and brushing of road ways.

ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER

National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procurement Method will be used and tenderers must submit the following along with their bid:

 Completed and signed Form of Bid (in the prescribed format).
 A valid National Contracts Commission (NCC) in the category of General Road Works or Road Maintenance Grades 1-2 (See http://www.ocg.gov.jm/ocg/),
 A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
 Bid Security of $25, 000.00

AVAILABILITY OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:

Bidding documents will be available for download as at Tuesday, February 10, 2020 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website (www.gojep.gov.jm). Interested Contractors must first visit the website and register to participate.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION:

 Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Late bids will be automatically rejected.

 Online opening of Bids will at 10:15 a.m. on Monday, March 2, 2020
