Object
As part of the public investment budget for the 2019 financial year, the Mayor of the Commune of Biwong-Bané, contracting authority, is launching on behalf of the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development, an Open National Invitation to Tender for Works of Rehabilitation of Electrical Networks in some axes of the Municipality of Biwong-Bané, Department of Mvila, South Region.
