Bidders have the option to bid for any one or more lots. 3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) and is open to all eligible Bidders 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Smallholder Commercialization Programme/Global Agriculture and Food Security Programme and inspect the bidding document from 9:00 to 1700 hours at the address given below 5. The bidding document may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Le 250, 000 6. A pre-bid conference for all prospective bidders will be held at the address below on 1st February, 2019 at 11:00 am.7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15th February, 2019 at 10:00 am. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 15 th February, 2019 at 10:00 am 8. All Bids must be accompanied by: i) Bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee ii) Certificate of Business Registration iii) Local Council Certificate of Site’s Locality iv) Evidence of contracts performed of similar nature within the last five years
