Rehabilitation / Bank Improvement of Estero de Magdalena, Tondo, District II, Manila

1. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, in accordance with Sections 7.5 and 7.6 of the 2021 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR), allowing Early Procurement Activities (EPA), intends to apply the sum of of Twenty-Three Million, Four Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Eighty-Seven Pesos and Ninety-Eight Centavos (Php23, 489, 587.98) being the National Expenditure program (NEP) submitted to Congress as the Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (IAPP) based on the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of Rehabilitation / Bank Improvement of Estero de Magdalena, Tondo, District II, Manila. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

No award of contract shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the General Appropriations Act (GAA).
