Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Abdeh Nursery for the Ministry of Agriculture - Amended.

The Republic of Lebanon represented by The Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) has received a grant from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of the Climate Smart Agriculture: Enhancing Adaptive Capacity of the Rural Communities in Lebanon (AgriCAL) Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for: Rehabilitation of Abdeh Nursery for the Ministry of Agriculture (Proc. Ref.: W7/2019).

2. The Project Coordination Unit (PCU) invites sealed bids from interested and qualified bidders for the implementation of the abovementioned civil works under the Contract: Rehabilitation of Abdeh Nursery for the Ministry of Agriculture.

Duration of Works: Three (3) months after beginning of the assignment.

3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain detailed information and inspect the Bidding Documents by sending an official email (mentioning the bidder name, address, and contact person and phone number) to proc.agrical@gmail.com, Attention: Mr. Elias El Namroud, AgriCAL procurement Officer. from Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 15:30 and Friday 8:00 - 12:00 noon Beirut local time.

4. Interested Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents in English by sending an official email (mentioning the bidder name, address, contact person and phone number) to proc.agrical@gmail.com, Attention: Mr. Elias El Namroud, AgriCAL procurement Officer.

Due to force majeure (Corona Virus), the pre-bid meeting is canceled. Bidders requiring any clarification of the bidding documents shall notify the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) in writing at the PCU`s email address mentioned above (proc.agrical@gmail.com). The PCU will respond to any request for clarification received earlier than 21 days prior to the deadline for the submission of bids. Copies of the PCU`s response will be forwarded to all purchasers of the bidding documents, including a description of the inquiry, but without identifying its source.
