Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation- Extension of Bapoungue Gravity Water to Kako and Bakonti Localities in Borough of Banwa, Upper Nkam Department. (In Emergency Procedure).

Consistency of the services:
The works include:
1. General mobilization;
2. rehabilitation of drilling scan water;
3. dewatering equipment;
4. Construction of a raised 20m3 storage tank;
5. Distribution network;
6. supply network;
7. work of drawing;
8. security organs on the network;
9. Sustainability of the works.

Financing:
The works that are the subject of this call for tenders are financed by the FEICOM / Commune Budget of Banwa 2019.

Acquisition of the file:
The Tender File can be obtained from the BANWA Town Hall upon presentation of the original of a payment receipt to the BANWA municipal income of a sum not
repayable of 65, 000 (sixty five thousand) CFA francs

Provisional bond:
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a tendering deposit drawn up in accordance with the model indicated in the DAO by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO. 1000.000 (one million) FCFA, and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers. The provisional guarantee will be automatically released at the latest 30 days after the expiry of the validity of the tenders for the Bidder (s) not retained (s). In the event that the Bidder is the successful bidder, the provisional bond will be released after constitution of the definitive bond.
