Tender Details

The intent of this solicitation and any resultant contract is to obtain services of ten (10) exclusive use type iii aircraft fully operated by qualified personnel and equipped to meet specifications for use in administration and protection of public lands, primarily for use in the management of national forests in the southern region on an exclusive use basis. The helibases specified in this solicitation will be located in huger, sc, anniston, al, alexandria, la, forest-1, ms, forest-2, ms, wiggins, ms, new bern, nc, clarksville, ar, diboll, tx, and huntsville, tx. Resultant contract(s) will be issued as fixed price with economic price adjustment contract not to exceed one base year and four option periods for the daily availability rate. The flight rate will be an indefinite quantity with no guarantee of flight hours given by the government. Aircraft furnished may be used for fire support, project, law enforcement, and administrative flights. The government has interagency and cooperative agreements with federal and state agencies and private landholders. Aircraft may be dispatched for interagency use.
