Description: As part of the third phase of its construction program, the West Palatinate Clinic in Kaiserslautern is planning the fundamental renovation of the bed house - house 8. The existing building house 8 is an eleven-storey house built in 1959 using reinforced concrete skeleton construction, which was operated with a maximum occupancy of 181 beds until the end of 2013.

In future the building will mainly be used as a ward, on level "0" there will also be the gamma camera and physiotherapy. The building no longer meets today's minimum requirements for modern hospital operations.
