To this end, the following lists the functionality that metro vancouver would like to see:general functionality. Easy to use.. Accessible via laptops or desktop computers.. No required connection(s) to metro vancouver s record keeping systems.. Ability to handle about 50-100 user accounts.. Documentation available to researchers and administrative users.software functionality. Ability to easily search on key words, phrases, author, title and publisher, etc.. Ability to search all references within an account, including shared reference lists.. Automatic generation and formatting of reference lists using specific citation styles (e.g.: american psychological association, apa style).. Ability to read and annotate pdf files.. Import existing reference/citation lists including csv, ris or plain text files.. Export stored reference/citation lists in whole or in part into csv, ris file format or plain text formats.. Share references/citations with co-workers, contractors or specific user groups.. Integrates well with microsoft word (2016)..
