The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan (UNDP) is announcing a national competition for a National expert on development of methodology for interviewing civil servants based on best international practices. Duty station: home-based. For detailed information on the position, please refer to the attached Procurement Notice and Terms of Reference.
