Tenders are invited for Reefer Capacity Expansion and Floodlighting of the Electrical LV Distribution System for Sea - Rail (Botswana) (Pty) Ltd

Restriction: The procuring entity is Sea Rail Botswana. Procurement method is: Open International bidding. Tenders who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for the award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) in the following categories: Code 203: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical and ICT Supplies; Sub - Code 03 Mechanical Equipment, Machines, Spares and Accessories. Code 02: Electrical works (Grade E) Sub - Code 01 Electrical Installation. Code 01: Building construction works and maintenance (Grade B) sub code 01 building construction. For companies not domiciled in Botswana, in order to be considered for the award of the contract submit: Equivalent registration to Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) of Botswana from their county of domicle, duly translated in English. Certificate of incorporation or Registration duly translated ini English from their country of domicle. Prescribed reservation or preference schemes shall be applicable in this tender. Late tender submissions, Telegraphic, telelex, telephone and email submissions will also not be accepted / considered. The bid submission method is: 1 envelope submission method in which the sealed original and all the sealed copies of the Technical and Financial Offer are placed in 1 sealed envelope.
