Luxembourg's Lux-Development Development Agency launches Call for expressions of interest for the acquisition of services for the " Recruitment of Two (02) Operators"

Techniques for Follow-up Support Council for girls and boys in Agadez and Zinder regions in the design and implementation of collective and individual microenterprise projects "on behalf of Project NIG / 801 financed with funds from the Governments of Niger and the European Union.

Providers invited to express their interest in providing the above services are:

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), non-profit associations and legally constituted public operators (excluding private law consultancy and consultancy firms) and specialized in the field of support for young girls and women boys in the design and implementation of individual and collective microenterprise projects. The aim is that young people from different waves of technical and entrepreneurship training will benefit, as and when, from support to (i) develop or even refine their business plans, (ii) submit them to the institution financial support for cost-shared financing (personal contribution, grant and credit) and (iii) to implement the microenterprise projects they carry.

As an indication, interested providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and their experience in monitoring and supporting young people in the design and implementation of individual and collective microenterprise projects.

The beginning of services is scheduled for the month of May 2019 and will take place in the Regions of Agadez and Zinder for a period of 7 months. Service providers must be available for the planned period and willing to intervene in the Agadez (Lot 1) and Zinder (Lot 2) regions. The maximum budget available for the contract is estimated at 123 900 000 FCFA (excluding taxes) distributed as follows : Agadès region 61 950 000

F CFA (lot 1) and Zinder Region 61, 950, 000 (lot 2) F CFA.
