Tender Details

The Government of the Republic of Guinea has set development objectives contained in the National Economic and Social Development Plan (PNDES 2016-2020) .Decision D / 2018/249 / PRG / SGG of 15 October 2018 entrusts the Ministry Foreign Affairs and Guineans Abroad (MAEGE) mission design, development, and implementation of theGovernment policy in the field of Foreign Affairs and Guineans Abroad, and to monitor it. The MAEGE is responsible, inter alia, for coordinating the Government's international relations activities and promoting development diplomacy. .Thus, in accordance with the mission letter assigned to it, the MAEGE isto promote Guinea's interests and priorities on the international scene, particularly those related to theachievement of its development objectives. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Guineans Abroad has embarked on a process of reforms aimed at reorienting its action. diplomacy towards the achievement of the Guinean Sustainable Development Goalse.The quest for this paradigm shift in the Department's diplomatic action requires strengthening its advocacy capacity in order to improve its contribution to the mobilization of resources for the PNDES.
