Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Support Provider for the Organization of the 40th Annual General Assembly of Shelter Africa.

The services covered by this DAO are contained in a single (01) lot and will be entrusted to a single (01) private service provider, qualified for such events.
They will take place in four (04) phases as detailed below:
PHASE N ° 0: The opening ceremony:
Arrival and installation of guests;
Logistical support for the organization of the opening ceremony;
PHASE N ° 1: The Annual Symposium and Parallel Meeting
Logistical support for the organization of the Annual Symposium and the various parallel meetings;
PHASE N ° 2: The foundations of the 40th General Assembly:
Webinars;
Logistical support for the organization of the General Assembly;
PHASE N ° 3: Exhibitions, site visit and CSR activities.
Logistical support for the organization of exhibitions, visits to real estate projects and cultural sites.
PHASE N ° 4: Production of final reports.
The provider will submit to the appreciation of the National Committee of organization, (01) months at the latest, as of the closing date of the 40? Th AGM:
- a report of activities;
- a financial report.

Tender payment of a non-refundable sum for the administration fees of one hundred thousand (100, 000) FCFA payable to the Public Treasury.

Each tenderer must attach to its administrative documents, a provisional bond issued by a first-class banking establishment or insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance (the list appears in Exhibit 12 of the DAO), the amount of which is fixed. to one million six hundred thousand (1, 600, 000) FCFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers. Under penalty of rejection, the provisional bond must imperatively be produced in the original dated no more than three (03) months.
