Description: UNCDF is seeking to recruit a Consultant (Design Office or an NGO) responsible for preparing the Communal Development Plan (PDC) document Fass Gueule Tapée Colobane according to the terms of the new Planning Guide territorial.

The mission will be conducted under the direct responsibility of the Regional Technical Advisor for Local Development of UNCDF.

The general objective of this mission is to ensure, in a participatory and inclusive manner, the effectiveness of all the stages relating to the development of a PDC integrating the different transversal dimensions, the principles of sustainable development for the municipality of Fass Mouth Taped Colobane.
