Description : Dear Sir / Madam,



The United Nations Children''s Fund (UNICEF) is launching a call for proposals to recruit a National Research Office to carry out operational research on the contribution of the sector of health, in collaboration with the Centers of civil status, in the raising of the rate of registration of children in civil status in the region of Kolda and Sedhiou through the vital-health registration.



The firm selected following this call for proposals will be invited to sign a service contract for the conduct of this study. The bid will include a technical offer and a separate financial offer:
