Tender Details
Despite immense natural potential, Guinea, with an estimated population of more than 10 million, remains among the least developed countries and is among the fragile states. According to the 2015 Human Development Report published by UNDP, Guinea is ranked 182nd / 188 against 179th / 187 in 2013. Even though the country has importedprogress in the area of access to education and health, no MDGs have been achieved by 2015. On this basis, the Government has drawn up a national plan for economic and social development (PNDES 2016-2020) as a five-year operationalization instrument.of said vision. The PNDES, formally adopted by the National Assembly, is now the only document of reference for all the interventions of the Government and the Technical and Financial Partners (TFP) in the matter of development during the next five years. It is aligned with the SDGs and has an overall g...
