Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of an Individual Consultant with a View to Supporting Camtel in the Extension of the Scope of its Quality Management System

Consistency of services
In order to allow CAMTEL to ensure a successful extension of its certification scope to the ISO 9001/2015 standard, the consultant will be responsible for:
-Analyze and integrate the Information System and Risks activities in the mapping of the QMS processes and carry out all due diligence for their compliance;
-Perform a Gap-analysis on the scope of the extension;
-Identify the processes of the new domain and ensure their design, implementation and complete integration with the existing QMS;
-Ensure awareness, communication and capacity building of new relevant interested parties in relation to internal entities;
-Support the evaluation of customers` perception of the new field, the performance of process evaluation operations, and the holding of various reviews;
-Assist CAMTEL for the treatment of non-conformities resulting from the various external quality audits;
-Give advice on improving CAMTEL`s QMS.
