Consistency of services
The consultant`s services consist of:
- Check all technical opinions (on work execution files presented by the company; intervention methodology; work planning, etc.) given by Consultants and Companies involved in the construction of the Project;
- Monitor the execution of all construction and / or rehabilitation works in relation to the various stakeholders;
- Participate in the development of the quarterly and annual activity program, and the development of the AWPB;
- Participate in the drafting of quarterly reports reporting on the development and progress of construction work;
- Ensure the regular transmission to the Bank and the Government of all the documents required in the context of the works and information relating to their implementation, progress and difficulties;
- Participate in working sessions convened by the PMU or other department of the PMU, likely to bring new ideas for the smooth running of the Project;
- Monitor the technical execution of the work and ensure proper organization and operation to guarantee the achievement of expected results;
- Ensure monitoring, analysis and validation of technical reports produced by Consultants and Companies involved in the construction of the Project and propose the corresponding technical observations constituting the opinion of the PMU;
- Provide all other technical assistance to the project;
- Participate in the provisional and final acceptance of the works;
- Perform any other specific tasks that may be requested by the hierarchy.
