Expression of Interest Are Invited for Recruitment of An Individual Consultant in Charge of Project Management Support.

1. the African Development Bank (af Db) Hereby Invites Individual Consultants to Express Their Interest in Providing the Services Mentioned Below, as Part of The Above-Mentioned Project. Services Provided Under This Mission Include:

• Summarize Project Plans, Report on Progress in Planning, Planned and Realized Expenditures, and Update Ongoing Procurement Tasks;

• Monitor Procurement Activities and Make Relevant Proposals to Achieve the Objectives;

• Identify and Anticipate Supply Problems and Seek to Resolve Them in Accordance with Established Standards and Rules;

• Develop / Update Project Monitoring Tools Related to The Action Plan;

• Assist Consultants, Partners or Stakeholders in The Implementation of Planned Activities;

• Supervise the Work of Consultants or Technical Service Providers and Actively Participate in Stakeholder Consultations;

• Participate in The Mid-Term Evaluation Work and The Impact Assessment Study;

• Track Budget, Disbursements and Financial Reports;

• Perform Any Other Tasks Required by The Project Leader as Part of The Project.

2. Applicants Must Have at Least a Master's Degree in Project Management, Procurement, or A Related Field, Preferably with Knowledge of Payment Systems and Digital Finance. in Addition, They Must Have the Following Minimum Qualifications :

• Have at Least 5 Years of Relevant Professional Experience in The Supervision and / or Evaluation of Development Projects, Particularly in Financial Inclusion Projects and Payment Systems;

• a Good Knowledge of The Procurement Procedures of The African Development Bank Would Be an Asset;

• Have Relevant Professional Experience in The Financial Field;

• Be Results-Oriented and Able to Work Under Pressure and In a Multicultural Environment;

• Able to Work Both Independently and As a Team;

• Have a Good Knowledge of Office Suite Software (word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.);

• Be Bilingual (english / French);
