UN Women invites qualified parties to submit technical and financial proposals to provide the services set out in this call for proposals under the conditions listed. A description of the services required is described in Section 4 entitled "Terms of Reference"., at its discretion, cancel or modify the services requestedfor all or part. Bidders may withdraw the proposal after submission, provided that UN Women receives written notice of withdrawal before the deadline set for the submission of proposals. No proposal can be modified after the deadline for submission of the proposal. All proposals remain valid and open for purchase.acceptance for a period of 90 calendar days after the date scheduled for the receipt of proposals. A proposal valid for a shorter period may be rejected. In exceptional circumstances, UN Women may seek the consent of the submitting organization to extend the period of validity.
