1. The United States of America, through the Millennium Challenge Corporation ("MCC") and the Government of Côte d'Ivoire (the "Government") has signed a Millennium Challenge Account Support Compact for an approximate amount of five hundred and twenty-four million seven hundred and forty thousand US dollars ($ 524, 740, 000) ("MCC Funding") to promote poverty reduction and economic growth in Côte d'Ivoire, (the "Compact" ). 2. The objective of the Compact-CI Program is the promotion of economic growth and the reduction of extreme poverty in Côte d'Ivoire through the strengthening of investments in human capital and the improvement of the competitiveness of the economy. city ??of Abidjan.

6. This Qualification Request is open to qualified national or international individual consultants ("Consultants") wishing to participate in different panels to serve as high level technical evaluators for the evaluation of proposals / proposals in the procurement framework of MCA-Côte d'Ivoire.

7. The consultants will be selected according to the method of selection of individual consultants.
