Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Firm of Studies for the Realization of the Detailed Technical Studies (APD), Elaboration of the Tender Documents (DAO) for the Construction of Two Dams and the Development of the Associated Irrigated Perimeters within the Framework of the Project of the Pilot Agropolis of the Kara Basin.

1- This Notice of Expression of Interest follows the General Procurement Notice AGPM No. 001/2019 / APRODAT / PRMP of 05 February 2019, published on 11 February 2019 on the website of the Bank Group African Development, and February 15, 2019 in the national newspaper Togo-Presse.

2- The Government of the Togolese Republic has received funding from the African Development Bank Group to cover the cost of the Togo Agro-Food Transformation Project (PTA-TOGO), and intends to use part of the sums granted for these grants and loans to finance the contract for the completion of the detailed technical studies (ODA), preparation of the bidding documents (DAO) for the construction of two dams and the development of the perimeters associated irrigated projects under the pilot agropolis project of the Kara Basin.

3- Services provided under this contract include:

(i) conducting detailed technical studies (DPAs) required for the preparation of the Bidding Documents (DAO);

(ii) preparation of the bidding documents according to the standard files of the donors for the implementation of the selected facilities (dams and irrigated perimeters) on the Agropole de la Kara site.

4- The Agency for the Promotion and Development of Agropoles in Togo (APRODAT) acting as an executing agency for the project invites Consultants ( Design Offices)

to apply for the services described above. Interested Consultants (Design Offices) must produce information on their capacity and experience

5- Eligibility criteria, shortlisting and selection procedure will be in accordance with the "Procurement Framework for African Development Bank-financed Projects", October 2015 edition, which are available on the Bank's website at http://www.afdb.org .
