Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Firm in Charge of Training in the Agile Scrum Method.
1. The Republic of Madagascar is strengthening its commitment to the fight against poverty and to development by stepping up its investment in the social protection sector. The FID has been designated to implement the activities of the 3-year Social Safety Nets - Additional Financing 3 (FSS FA3) project, financed by the World Bank, and intends to use part of the fund to make payments under the contracts described in (2) below:
2. The firm's services consist of providing training in the AGILE SCRUM method to FID staff;
3. The Consultant will carry out the following tasks and obligations:
o Discuss beforehand with FID officials the details of the service;
o Prepare the methodological and andragogical approach, the content as well as the various tools to carry out the training session and present them to the managers of the FID and to the Training Specialist
for validation;
o Train the FID team;
o Produce the detailed report of the service by inserting recommendations on the continuation
of the training no later than 07 days after the training session.
o Provide adequate training materials (slides, handouts, photos, others
deemed useful for training)
o Cover the costs related to his intervention such as travel, meals, accommodation, communication costs, sound system, etc.
o Be available to answer questions from participants for a period of 180 days after the training session via email or skype. During this period, the consultant undertakes to respond within less than 48 hours and to provide additional explanations if necessary.
