Terms of reference are availableon the UNDP Burkina site at: http://www.bf.undp.org/content/burkina_faso/en/home/operations/procurement.html The technical proposal should include: The Provider should provide a a draft methodology for carrying out the mission specifying the level of understanding of the mission, including the tools it plans to exploit to reachthe objectives of the mission, as well as a work plan and a proposal for presenting the different sections of the new site with regard to the terms of reference (tree structure). The methodology must demonstrate how the objectives will be achieved during the mission. Thank you for attaching a curriculum vitae including at least three (03) references(include email addresses) The financial proposal in the form of a lump sum including the consultant's fees (detailing the amount of daily allowances (if applicable), the number of working days provided and miscellaneous expenses.
