Tenders are invited for Recruitment of an Experienced Consultant to Carry out a Study on Knowledge, Attitude, Behaviors and Practices.


The Government of Jamaica through the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) has received funding from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of payments under the Integrated Management of Yallahs and Hope
Watershed management areas project, for the commitment of a consulting company to conduct a second study of knowledge, attitude, practices and behavior (KAPB) of residents and non-resident stakeholders who own land or operate businesses within Yallahs and Hope Units of watershed management (UMO). The study aims to provide an indication. of the impact of the interventions carried out in the project area, as well as providing information to guide activities to change attitudes, practices and behaviors to one that supports environmental management.

The results should complement the work done in the previous KAPB study and must demonstrate changes in knowledge, attitudes, practices and behaviors due to various interventions implemented under the project.
