Tenders are invited for Recruitment of an Engineering Consulting Firm for Technical Assistance in Charge of Implementation Studies, Design, Supervision and Control of Pastoral Development Works, Development of Pastoral Infrastructures and Structuring Infrastructures.

Following the General Procurement Notice (AGPM) for this project published in Jeune Afrique, dated July 22, 2018, Burkina Faso has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank to cover the cost of the program. Sustainable development of pastoral farms of the Sahel Burkina (PDPS) and intends to use part of the sums granted to finance consulting services. These services include the recruitment of aengineering consulting firm for technical assistance in charge of implementation studies, design, supervision and control of pastoral development works, implementation of pastoral infrastructures and structuring infrastructures .
The specific objective of the mission will be to:
· the conduct of implementation studies, namely the feasibility study, the detailed design study, the topographical study, the geotechnical study, hydraulic engineering, the preparation of the environmental impact notice social and environmental standards and the support of the PMU in the choice of hydraulic, production, processing and
· the design and development of plans for the various structures and structuring infrastructures as well as the preparation of bidding documents for the recruitment of companies

The Director of Public Procurement of the Ministry of Animal and Fisheries Resources (DMP / MRAH) invites eligible consulting firms to apply for the services defined above. The consulting firms concerned must produce information on their capacity and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable missions, availability of adequate skills among their staff, etc.). Experience in the following areas or tasks will be considered a minimum requirement for the mission:
· Have at least three successful experiences in monitoring / control missions of construction or development work of comparable complexity during the last five (05) years (between 2014 and 2018).
· Have at least three successful experiences in design and construction / design and construction assignments of similar complexity over the past five (05) years (2014-2018).
· Have achieved at least one successful mission in projects and development programs financed by external resources including the Islamic Development Bank (IDB)
