Candidates may form a team and submit a single application including both categories of consultants. To demonstrate their qualifications, applicants must submit a Technical and Financial Proposal which will include the following documents: A Methodological Note (UnderstandingRDTs) for the execution of the expected mission, a Curriculum Vitae and a completed P11 form (including mainlyexperience of similar missions and indicating at least 2 (two) reference persons); period of execution of the work A photocopy of the diploma (s) A Financial Proposalt a completed cost table.
