The United States of America, through the Millennium Challenge Corporation ("MCC") and the Government of Côte d'Ivoire (the "Government") has signed a Millennium Challenge Account Support Compact for an approximate amount of five hundred and twenty-four million seven hundred and forty thousand US dollars ($ 524, 740, 000) ("MCC Funding") to promote poverty reduction and economic growth in Côte d'Ivoire, (the "Compact" ).
