Recruitment of a consultant relating to the implementation of a business intelligence solution (Business Intelligence –BI) on behalf of General Management taxes.
1. Background
The Director of Finance and Material of the Ministry of Economy and Finance invites the offices of eligible consultants to express their interest in rendering the service mentioned above. Interested offices must provide information indicating that they have the qualities and skills to implement a Business Intelligence (BI) solution in public administrations. These skills must be justified by the following proofs:
- Similar experience attested by certificates of service performed and copies of cover pages and signature pages of the corresponding contracts.
NB: new offices that have less than one (01) year of experience must provide proof of their existence by providing the approval or professional card.
They must in addition to these documents justify their ability to conduct this study by providing CVs signed by the holder and countersigned by the Head of the cabinet of key personnel with specific experience in the field sought.
2. Objective
This project aims to provide the DGI with a multidimensional extraction and analysis tool for transactional data from SIGTAS 3.0 in order to provide the structures of the Directorate General of Taxes with relevant indicators for decision support in their field specific intervention. This optimizes the governance of the DGI by providing it with real-time data on the performance of operational structures.
3. Duration and place of the mission
The mission will extend over a period of sixty (60) days from the date of notification.

funding : Funding is provided by the Mali Public Finance Improvement Support Program (PAAMEFIP).
