Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant (Firm) to Support the Directorate of Financial Supervision.

The Mission Aims to Propose the Revision and Harmonization of the Legal and Accounting Texts Governing Public Institutions.
It will be for the Consultant to:
· Read All the Legal Texts Governing Public Institutions;
· Conduct an Analysis of the Texts to Identify Those that Require an Update, a Complete Revision or the Proposal of New Texts;
· Ensure Harmony between Different Texts, Old or New;
· Propose an Approach for Regular Revision of Texts;
· Transmit Know - How to the Staff of the Dtf (Organization of in - House Training Sessions for a Sufficient Length of Time).
To Fulfill its Mission, the Consultant is Expected to Work Closely with the Designated Officials of the Dtf.
