This Notice of Expression of Interest (AMI) follows the General Procurement Notice (AGPM) which has been published on UNDB Online under No. AfDB1415-12 / 18 of December 30, 2018, on the Group`s website. of the African Development Bank and on December 17, 2018, in the national daily "L`UNION".

The Gabonese Republic has received a loan from the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Africa Growing Together Fund (AGTF) ??to cover the cost of the Water and Sanitation Sector Development Program in Gabon, First Integrated Sub-Program for Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation in Libreville "PIAEPAL" -Volet: Drinking Water and intends to use part of the sums granted under this loan to finance the service contract of Consultant (Firm) to carry out the mission of supervision and control of two (2) Markets of works of renewal of the distribution networks of drinking water and repairs of the leaks in the administrative buildings in the communes of Libreville, Owendo and Ntoum (Markets # 1 & 4).

The services provided under this contract include the supervision and control of the work of:

Market n ° 1 (Communes of Libreville, Owendo and Ntoum):

- renewal of the drinking water distribution network in ductile iron and HDPE of various diameters including the recovery of individual and collective water connections in the municipalities of Libreville, Owendo and Ntoum.

Market 4 (Commons of Libreville and Owendo):

- repair of leaks in certain administrative buildings (barracks, high schools and hospital) in the municipalities of Libreville and Owendo.

The mission is scheduled to start on February 3, 2020 for a projected duration of thirty-two (32) months.

The Ministry of Mines, Energy and Hydraulic Resources (MMERH) through the Project Coordination Unit "UCP-PIAEPAL" invites the Consultants (Firms) to submit their applications to provide the services described above .

Interested Consultants (Firms) must provide information on their ability and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the expected services (documentation, benchmark of similar services, experience in comparable assignments, availability of qualified personnel, client references, technical capabilities and any information deemed relevant).

Consultants can join a group to increase their chances of qualification.
