Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant (Firm) for Identification of Potential Investors, Negotiation of Industrial Partnerships, Promotional Actions, Research of Outlets for Mango and Pineapple Products, and Organization of the Investor Forum on Investment Opportunities in the Fruit and Derived Processing Sector.

1. The Government of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire has obtained from the African Development Fund, as part of the Industrial Sector Competitiveness Enhancement Support Project (PARCSI), a grant of ten million dollars ( 10, 000, 000) of units of account (UA). A part of the amount of this donation will be used for the remuneration of the services of a consultant (firm) for the identification of potential investors, negotiation of industrial partnerships, promotion actions, the search for markets for products from the processing of mangoes and pineapples, and the organization of the investors' forum on investment opportunities in the fruit and derivatives processing sector.

2. The purpose of this call for expressions of interest is to solicit consultants (firms / firms / firms or groups of firms) competent to carry out the mission of identifying potential investors, negotiating industrial partnerships, promotion actions, search for new products for the processing of mangoes and pineapples, and the organization of the investors' forum on investment opportunities in the fruit and derivatives processing sector.

The maximum duration of the assignment will be sixteen (16) months from the date of the start-up service order that will be sent to the Consultant.

3. The PARCSI Implementation Unit invites qualified Consultants (firms / consulting firms / firms or groupings of firms, etc.) to express their interest in providing the services described above, either individually or in a group.
