Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant for the Audit of the Pro-Routes Project Accounts (Second Additional Financing).

The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo has received two grants from the International Development Association (IDA) and DFID of USD 123 million (Initial Financing) and USD 125.2 million (First Additional Financing) to finance the Pro Project. -roads. (b) The effectiveness of the structure of the internal control system, ie (i) the ability of the organization to prepare reliable financial reports and (ii) to maintain comprehensive accounting of all transactions ;

– être soit un Cabinet d’Audit et d’Expertise Comptable de réputation internationale, faisant profession habituelle de réviser les comptes, régulièrement inscrit au Tableau d’un Ordre des Experts-comptables reconnu au plan international par l’IFAC ou la FIDEF;
– avoir une expérience confirmée en audit financier des comptes des projets de développement et jugé acceptable par l’IDA ; et
– avoir effectué pendant les 5 dernières années au moins 4 missions similaires avec un ou plusieurs parmi les bailleurs ci-dessus.
