Description : Description of the Advisory: RECRUITMENT OF A CABINET FOR THE REVISION OF THE MANUAL OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE, FINANCIAL, ACCOUNTING AND MARKET PROCESSING PROCEDURES OF THE PROMISED PIU Within the framework of the activities of the Mines Sector Support Project (PROMINES) for development of the mining sector, a Manual of Administrative, Financial, Accounting and Procurement Procedures has been put in place. This Manual of Procedures reflects the desire toPROMINES to standardize its best practices in management, know-how and procedures, in order to capitalize on the lessons learned during the exercise of its activities. The Manual is divided into eight chapters covering all aspects of the organization and functioning of PROMINES. As part of the strengthening of the institutional component of UEP PROMINES, the latter proposes to recruit a firm or a firm tothe revision of the manual taking into account the current practice, the recommendations of audits and supervision missions and the change of accounting reference. This firm, firm must have a proven knowledge in the matter finally to help it including the revision and alignment of the Manual of Internal Procedures with the guidelines of the World Bank finally ease the operation and administration of UEP PROMINES.
