Consistency of the services
The services, subject of this Invitation to Tender, relate to the completion of the organizational, technical, financial and accounting audit of the National Central Supply of Essential Medicines and Medical Consumables (CENAME) for the 2015, 2016 & 2017 financial years in order to provide a general assessment of its organizational, functional, managerial and logistical capacities, on the one hand, and its management and financial viability, on the other hand, to identify, where appropriate, the elements to be consolidated in order to strengthen the central purchasing unit, improve its efficiency and optimize its operation.
