Description : Dear Sir / Madam,

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) is launching this call for proposals to select a qualified agency with the technical capacity to organize the official ceremony to celebrate 60 -th anniversary of the presence of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Senegal.

The submission will include a separate technical offer and financial offer:

The offertwo separate parts, part A composed of the administrative file and part B presenting the firm and the proposed methodology for conducting this activity.

The financial offer will contain all the details of the proposed costs.

The technical offer and the financial offer, must be submitted in two (02) separate envelopes to: UNICEF Senegal, Imm Madjiguene King Fahd Palace Road

Both (02)envelopes of submission of the technical proposal and the financial proposal put in a large envelope which will be deposited at the latest on: Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 17 hours (Dakar time) with the address indicated below
