Tenders are invited for Reconstruction of Ajolagun Bridge in Ikere Ekiti

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from State Project Management Unit (SPMU) (EKS- NEWMAP) Attn: The Project Coordinator), Email: info@ekitinewmap.org, Telephone: 08035787762 and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 10.00am to 4.00pm (local time) excluding public holidays at the address given below.

6.A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30, 000.00) The method of payment will be through Bank draft or Bank Transfer into the Project Account (Access Bank Plc, Account Name: NEWMAP CPF Account, Account Number: 1374679182 (NGN). upon the submission of a written application and evidence of payment to the address below. The document will be picked at the address below or sent by email or Courier upon request.

7.Sealed Bids must be delivered in hardcopy to the address below on or before 12.00 Noon, Friday 13, November, 2020. Electronic submission of bid will be permitted by email with password protected read-only documents as attachment through the email address specified in the bidding document. Late bids will be rejected. Bidders are to email their bid document password to the employer within One (1) hour after the submission deadline. Acknowledgment of bid submission and password will be provided by the employer. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders- designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below.

8.All Bids must be accompanied by a BID SECURITY as stated in the table above.

9.Bidders may seek clarification on the content of the bid packages up to 7 days before bid closing date. Requests for Clarification may be sent by email on in writing to the address below A Pre-bid meeting would be held at the address below on Friday October 30, 2020, which is two Weeks before the tender opening date by 12:00 noon to allow potential bidders seek clarifications on the bidding document
