Tenders are invited for Realization of Security Services at Certain Post Offices and Establishments in the Littoral Region

Consistency of services
The services covered by this Call for Tenders consist of day and night guarding of CAMEROON POSTAL SERVICES (CAMPOST) infrastructures in the CENTER and LITTORAL regions from six (06) to eighteen (18) hours for daytime service and from eighteen (18) hours to six (06) hours for night service. This will include ensuring:
-day and night safety for staff and users,
-protection of E-POST installations / equipment installed on postal platforms,
-protection of any other installation / equipment used by the company,
-the promptness to report or declare in writing any anomaly or failure observed on the premises and objects kept (doors, windows, gates.),
-the prevention of any incident, accident, theft, infringement, etc. on the premises and objects kept,
-the employment of personnel (guards) in clean and identifiable clothing in accordance with the regulations in force,
-the taking by the guards of a professional Attitude / Posture during the service.

The Tender File can be obtained during working hours from the General Services Division (Purchasing and Markets Department), located on the 3rd floor of the CAMPOST headquarters building, Boulevard du 20 Mai, door 317 ( Tel: 222 50 72 63), upon publication of this notice against payment of a non-refundable sum of Seventy-Five Thousand (75, 000) CFA francs payable to BICEC for the benefit of the account entitled "CAS-ARMP special account" n ° 3359880000189 open in BICEC branches: Agence Centrale Yaoundé, Limbé, Dschang, Garoua, Douala-Bonanjo, Ebolowa, Bamenda, Maroua, Buea, Bafoussam, Ngaoundéré and Bertoua.
