1. This invitation to tender follows the General Procurement Notice for the project published in Le journal l'Independant No. 4207 of April 03, 2017, the Jeune Afrique newspaper N ° 2934 from April 02 to 08, 2017 .

2. The Government of the Republic of Mali has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) for the cost of the Solar Energy Project for the Development of Rural Electrification by the method "REVERSE LINKAGE", and it has intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the contract for HTA-BT H61 Substations and HV and LV networks for 24 villages from SAYE and SARRO solar power plants in the Republic of MALI in 2 lots:

- Lot 1: Realization of the HTA-BT H61 stations and HTA and LV networks of 11 villages from the SAYE solar power station;


The Malian Agency for the Development of Domestic Energy and Rural Electrification (AMADER) is now inviting the sealed bids of eligible bidders for HTA-BT H61 substation construction works and HTA and LV networks of 24 villages starting from solar power plants of SAYE and SARRO in the Republic of MALI in 2 lots:

- Lot 1: Realization of the HTA-BT H61 substations and HTA and LV networks of 11 villages from the SAYE solar power station;


The delivery period of the construction is Twelve (12) Months.

3. The selection will be conducted in accordance with the procedures specified in the May 2009 Guidelines of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) revised in February 2012 (English version) for the procurement of goods and works financed by the Islamic Development Bank, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in Section V of the

Bidding Documents.

4. Interested bidders may obtain additional information and examine tender documents at the level of the Malian Agency for the Development of Domestic Energy and Rural Electrification (AMADER) Hill of Badalabougou, Building No. ° 2 of the former CRES, Office of the Procurement Specialist (SPM), Bamako, Republic of Mali every working day from 8:30 to 15:30.
