Tenders are invited for Realization of Environmental, Geotechnical, Architectural, Technical and Design Studies of the Construction Project of the FMSB of Garoua.

The services specified in the Terms of Reference (TDR) are divided into three lots and will be executed for each batch in five phases as follows:

Phase 1: Environmental and Geotechnical Studies
Phase 2: APS studies;
Phase 3: APD studies;

8. Consultation of the file

11. Provisional bond
On pain of rejection, each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a tendering security issued by the banking institutions and financial institutions authorized to issue securities in the framework of public contracts and listed in Exhibit 12 of the BD, and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original bid validity date.
