HBR has real estate in a number of strategic positions in the port area of Rotterdam. The space in these areas is scarce and HBR wants to make optimum use of this. HBR does this through, among other things, specific redevelopment and exploitation. An example of this is the revision of clustering existing companies and targeted issues (making a port related). HBR outsources day -to -day real estate management and are looking for an operational partner who can advise on a tactical level. The work of the real estate manager can be roughly divided into the following components: • Financial and administrative management; • Technical management (coordinating and advisory role); • Contact with users, tenant consultations and approval applications; • Reports and consultation HBR.
