The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office - Nueva Ecija (PENRO-Nueva Ecija), through the loan obtained by the Government of the Philippine (GOP) from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) intends to apply the sum of PhP30, 624, 807.38 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Barat Reinforced Concrete Deck Girder (RCDG) Bridge located at Municipality of Carranglan, Nueva Ecija . Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office - Nueva Ecija (PENRO-Nueva Ecija) now invites bids for the Construction of Barat Reinforced Concrete Deck Girder (RCDG) Bridge located in the Municipality of Carranglan, Nueva Ecija with the following works description:

Completion of the Works is required within 240 calendar days from the date of the official start of the subproject. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act.-

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
