Safeguarding Palestinians living in East Jerusalem lives and their livelihoods (Tadafor)

Tadafor project is implemented by Palestinian Vision Organization (PalVision) in partnership with Ma-an Development Center (Ma-an), the Palestinian Medical Relief Society (PMRS) and the Treatment & Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Torture (TRC) and funded by the European Union (EU).

Through Tadafor project, PalVision will conduct a Raising Awareness Campaign on COVID-19 current and post social and health impact on EJ communities over 12 months starting from 18/03/2021.

The campaign will focus on 3 main subjects: mental & physical health, protection and preparedness, and domestic violence. It will include a comprehensive media engagement in addition to using digital tools to reach more than 150, 000 Palestinians in the community in the targeted areas.

The radio spots and Arabic podcasts constitute part of those tools employed to achieve the goals of the campaign. This campaign will mainly target the following areas: Beit Hanina, Essawiyeh, Ras Al-Amud, Old City, Shu-fat Refugee Camp, Sur Baher, Wadi Joz, Silwan, Jabal Al-Mukaber, Beit Safafa, Shufat, Al-Tor, Abu Dis, Anata, Ezzariyeh, Sawahrah, Sheikh Sa-ad, Hizma, Jaba-, Al-Ram and Kufr Aqab/Qalandia.

Qualified service providers are encouraged to participate in this competition by requesting a FREE softcopy of the ‎Request for Quotation by contacting the e-mail; (info@palvision.ps- mays@palvision.ps ), starting from Sunday 28-February-2021, and ‎to submit their offers by hand to the Palestinian Vision at the addressed indicated below or scanned signed copies by e-mail to (info@palvision.ps, mays@palvision.ps ), no later than Sunday, 14-March-2021 (16:00).

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

· All prices in EURO and exclude VAT as the project is VAT-Exempted. Awarded Bidder will be ‎required to provide Zero-VAT invoices upon final delivery of all services required. ‎

· The unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the Bidder entirely in EUR.‎

· Proposals should be submitted by hand or Scanned signed copies by e-mail, on or before the assigned deadline. ‎

· Late and/or incomplete submissions will be rejected. ‎

· Delivery of all services shall not exceed the date mentioned in Request for Proposal. ‎
