With this notice, directed exclusively to single legal entities and permanent unlisted groupings (eg stable consortia, consortia between production and labor cooperatives, consortia of artisan companies) and not to temporary groupings of companies, Snam Rete Gas for its own activities and for those of the other companies of the Snam group and their subsidiaries and investee companies, proseeks to draw up lists of qualified suppliers, from which candidates may be selected for tenders for works, goods or services conducted by the individual subjects indicated above or by Snam Rete Gas in the name and on behalf of the aforementioned subjects. qualification of permanent groupings requires the positive evaluation of individual associated suppliers and must repay what is foreseen by the Legislative Decree n. 50/16, as described on the Snam Group's supplier portal: https://fornitori.snam.it in Become a Supplier: Qualification process: Access to the qualification process .The qualification of the commercial operators (including System Integrators) is only granted in conjunction with suppliers producing the assets in questionor as described on the Snam Group's supplier portal: https://fornitori.snam.it in Become a Supplier: Qualification process: Access to the qualification process.
